About the Role As a part-time Remote Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our diverse customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure a seamless package delivery experience. You will work closely with our regional facilities, customers, consumers, and delivery drivers to create an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery. Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system. Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience. Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary. Essential Qualifications: The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key). Ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution. Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM. Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
