About the Role We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to work remotely and provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience. Key Responsibilities: Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery. Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system. Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience. Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary. Essential Qualifications: The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key). A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM. Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
