Job Overview In this 100% hands-on role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that we consistently provide exceptional food and service to our guests. Your working hours will be spent on the floor, where you'll be greeting guests, taking orders, completing transactions, preparing beverages, assembling orders, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You'll also have the opportunity to help train new employees and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture. Responsibilities Consistently follow all food safety and physical safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and team members. Know and follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and requirements to ensure that we're delivering exceptional food and service. Develop a superior knowledge of our purpose, vision, mission, strategy, operations, and products to provide accurate and helpful information to our guests. Execute daily opening and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Build awareness about safety, hold peers accountable to food safety practices, and report any concerns to leadership to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Greet guests and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner to provide a positive and welcoming experience. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently to minimize wait times and ensure a smooth experience for our guests. Prepare beverages and assemble orders to our high standards of quality and presentation. Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces, and by following proper food handling and storage procedures. Help train new employees and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and leading by example.
