As a part of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative community that values innovation, empathy, and excellence. **Key Responsibilities** As a Success Coach, your primary responsibilities will include: * Building strong relationships with families and Au Pairs from diverse backgrounds, fostering a sense of community and understanding. * Providing insightful guidance and support to families throughout the matching process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience. * Clarifying policies, regulations, and program guidelines to Host Families and Au Pairs, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. * Conducting in-home family interviews and visits to ensure comprehension of program requirements, promoting a deeper understanding of the Au Pair Program. * Facilitating in-home orientations upon the arrival of new Au Pairs, ensuring a warm welcome and a successful integration into the family. * Engaging in regular communication with families and Au Pairs, both via phone and in person, to address any needs or concerns they may have. * Organizing regular in-person cultural events for Au Pairs to foster community, promote cultural exchange, and create lasting memories. * Collaborating with headquarters staff to address the needs of families and Au Pairs, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. * Building meaningful personal connections with families and Au Pairs, establishing trust and fostering a sense of belonging. * Executing targeted marketing initiatives in coordination with headquarters, promoting the Au Pair Program and attracting new families and Au Pairs. * Managing crisis situations and conflicts promptly and professionally, ensuring a resolution that meets the needs of all parties involved. * Assisting families and Au Pairs with conflict resolution and issue management, providing guidance and support to resolve any disputes. **Required Skills** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with families and Au Pairs. * Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work. * High energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed, driving you to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations. * Access to a home computer or laptop, reliable internet, and transportation, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively. * A genuine interest in international exchange and education, passion for cultural exchange, and a desire to make a positive impact. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess: * Self-motivation and a sales-oriented mindset, driving you to achieve your goals and exceed expectations. * Strong interpersonal and counseling skills, enabling you to build trust and establish meaningful relationships with families and Au Pairs. * Prior experience in a related field is beneficial, but not essential, as comprehensive training and ongoing professional development will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to excel in this position. **Career Growth Opportunities** This role offers potential for advancement to a full-time structure as you expand your cluster of families and Au Pairs. For an area with six active families, you'll dedicate approximately 1.4 hours weekly, with a projected annual income of up to $4,500. By growing your roster to at least eleven families, your weekly hours could increase to 3.0, leading to an estimated yearly income of $9,300.
