You'll follow area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support, answering calls, understanding call purpose, completing research to identify potential providers and resources, and entering member information into the appropriate system to initiate the case. You'll also respond to member inquiries about services, requests, and resources for life skills, maintaining accurate and complete internal documentation of required information that meets risk management and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Employee Assistance Program Worklife area under limited supervision * Follow area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support * Answer calls, understand call purpose, complete research to identify potential providers and resources, and enter member information into the appropriate system to initiate the case * Respond to member inquiries about services, requests, and resources for life skills * Maintain accurate and complete internal documentation of required information that meets risk management and regulatory requirements **Essential Qualifications** * Must reside in the State of California * Minimum of 3 years of customer service type roles * Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Continuous years of work experience * Call center experience preferred **Education** * High School Diploma or GED **Compensation and Benefits** The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $38.82. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a arenaflex bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
