Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and supporting the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care. As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with clients, patients, and colleagues to ensure a seamless and personalized experience. Your expertise in data entry, communication, and problem-solving will be essential in driving success in this position. Key Responsibilities Model and convey a unique and great client experience, ensuring that all interactions are courteous, friendly, and professional Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with considerate and efficient checkout service, and process transactions accurately Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data and process prescriptions Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with items and services, and resolving client issues to ensure a positive experience Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues, including relational habits and arenaflex service qualities Perform tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Manager, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy Maintain counters and retires clean and well-promoted, take inventory, and keep records up-to-date Process manual cases for third-party program prescription services, perform administrative duties, and support the pharmacy team in stock management activities Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico) Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Qualifications At least six months of experience in a retail environment Previous work experience with arenaflex or a similar organization Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy, including latest news and developments Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
