Key Responsibilities Prepares, inputs, and supports claimant profiles in pharmacy network, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Assists pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing timely and effective support. Coordinates and liaises with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Supports client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data, providing insightful and informative support. Manages and updates client and claimant information in multiple systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Answers questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear and concise information. Adjusts to changing processes and needs of various clients, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Performs other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions, with excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in workers' compensation law, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations.
