Job Overview arenaflex is seeking an experienced pharmacy technician and data entry specialist to join its team on a full-time basis. As a pharmacy technician, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists with the practice of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications, maintaining patient records, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for data entry tasks, including processing prescriptions, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists with the practice of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications Maintain patient records and provide excellent customer service Process prescriptions, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records Develop strong relationships with customers and patients Model and provide a unique and delightful customer experience Engage customers and patients by greeting them and providing assistance with services and products Resolve customer issues and answer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience Perform duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager, staff pharmacist, and store manager Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company rules and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and quality improvement Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. You must also have a strong foundation in math and computer skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
