Your day will be filled with navigating online platforms to confirm these credentials, followed by written communications to the nurses regarding the status of their credentials. Additionally, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls, managing multiple chat channels simultaneously, and ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed. Simultaneously manage multiple chat channels, prioritizing and responding to messages promptly. Follow established communication scripts for handling various topics, adapting your approach as needed to meet the unique needs of each customer. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research solutions, and provide alternatives or resolutions as appropriate. Utilize company and client resources to accurately handle calls and chats, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions. Navigate online platforms efficiently to verify nurse credentials and communicate findings effectively.
