Review recommended solutions and work with product teams to ensure products meet company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities. * **Strategy and Planning (60%):** Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes. Cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams. Provide visibility of work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies. * **Team and Stakeholder (30%):** Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments.
