**Experienced Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) - MSP**

We believe in sharing success with our employees, and we offer a range of benefits and perks to help you keep climbing along the way. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Maintaining a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all operational processes and procedures. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced airport environment, often in harsh weather conditions. Shifts range from early morning to overnight, and you'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
