As a Ramp Agent, you'll have the opportunity to see the world while earning great compensation and benefits to help you keep climbing along the way. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of baggage, cargo, and mail to and from aircraft. Your daily tasks will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to all operational processes and procedures. **Work Environment and Scheduling** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including early morning to overnight shifts. You'll also work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
