Job Overview As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess their eligibility for potential compensation, provide them with accurate information, and offer support throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for potential compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls Speak with 40-50 callers daily, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for our services, and provide them with exceptional support and guidance Multitask by listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless communication and data entry Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, and contribute to the growth and success of our business Utilize phone software (VICI), our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately to ensure consistency and quality in our interactions Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position, stay up-to-date with industry developments, and enhance your skills Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and assist with other projects as needed to support the team and contribute to our mission Self-troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT problems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity Candidate Profile To succeed in this role, you should have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a strong focus on empathy, compassion, and understanding Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box A competitive spirit, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets, and a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve shared goals A strong desire to work 40+ hours a week, with a flexible schedule and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with a quiet, distraction-free space to work Have a reliable, hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU Have high-speed internet with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 100MBps upload speed, and a reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB Have a strong background in a call-center environment and sales-focused experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits, including: Competitive salary with a starting rate of $17.31/hour, plus commissions and bonuses, with total compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+) Health Insurance, Vision, and Dental Coverage to support your physical and mental well-being Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) to help you relax and recharge Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period, with opportunities for career growth and professional development Hours of Operation We operate on a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, with the following hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Join Our Team If you are a motivated, compassionate, and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
