Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age or older. Hold a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users, moderators, and administrators. Be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Have a strong understanding of online community management principles, including conflict resolution and user support. Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience as a chat moderator or community manager, preferably in a Discord or similar online community environment.
