Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services, utilizing your knowledge of our products and services to provide personalized solutions for our clients. Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded. Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages, highlighting the benefits and value of our services to potential clients. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary, and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support and guidance. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with us. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Essential Qualifications Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and support. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with our clients. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to utilize technology to provide efficient and effective support. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong foundation in customer service, communications, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the travel industry, with knowledge of travel services and products. Experience with remote work, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
