As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, and recognizing sales opportunities to upgrade and promote products and services. Key Responsibilities: Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and customer account updates Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and promote products and services to customers Explain and position products and processes with customers, providing clear and concise information to address their questions and concerns Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for follow-up calls and ensuring customer satisfaction Candidate Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should be a highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individual with excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. You should be able to type swiftly and accurately, with a minimum of 20 words per minute, and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system. Additionally, you should be highly reliable, with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and be able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
