Key Responsibilities Lead the project management of high-value initiatives across the RES division, including project planning, execution, and closure Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project contracts, project plans, risk and issue logs, and repositories Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams and stakeholders Assist in driving the development of the organization's culture at the functional level, ensuring strong alignment with stakeholders across the wider organization Develop communication strategies and implement processes, activities, and programs that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency, increasing awareness of project expectations, change management, and impact Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and overall divisional portfolio management Maintain and establish effective relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional arenaflex teams Support the developing plan and growth of the RES PMO capability and the development of a Center of Excellence for strategic portfolio management Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Exceptional planning, organization, and creative problem-solving skills Proven ability and a demonstrated track record of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organization and build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management Ability to lead and work independently and within a team Proficiency in written and oral communications, with the ability to produce concise documents for executive presentations High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US Preferred Qualifications The following preferred qualifications will give you an upper hand in this role: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) standards Experience with PowerApps, Sharepoint, and project management software is strongly desired Enjoys working in a high-profile environment with fluid needs, ambiguity, and aggressive timelines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
