As a Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work 100% from home, with a schedule that is irregular and includes day and night shifts. You will be expected to work between 45-60 hours per week, with the freedom to create your own schedule and work at times that are most convenient for you. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner Develop long-term relationships with clients, meeting them where they are most comfortable – in their own homes, through virtual meetings Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, using your excellent communication skills and strong work ethic to drive results Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and promote our products and services Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, continuously improving your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible service to our clients Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as basic computer knowledge and a strong work ethic. You should be outgoing, fun, and energetic, with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Time management skills are also essential, as you will be working independently and managing your own schedule. Additionally, you will need to pass a criminal background check and be eligible to work in the United States.
