Key Responsibilities Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance Interpret authority guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments Meet and dispatch aircraft within set-up times Provide support to troubled passengers and clients Protect company properties and revenue Ensure a safe travel experience for our customers Possess the physical capability and dexterity to apply motor skills to perform various job-related duties Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time period Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations Follow internal and external regulations and procedures Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Bilingual language skills are also required in some locations. You will need to have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable. You will also need to be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays Ability to file to work on a regular and timely basis Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
