About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Chat Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a chat associate, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch customer service and sales expertise to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming chats, respond to customer emails, and provide solutions that create a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Answer 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries. Reply to incoming emails from customers, ensuring that all communications are responded to in a professional and courteous manner. Request contact prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Consult customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase, utilizing your sales expertise to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high performance metrics including quality, sales, and dependability. Deliver solutions to customers in a way that creates a positive experience, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach. Maintain a high level of productivity, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously while meeting performance targets. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma (or GED equivalent) Great typing/computer skills (at least 35 words per minute) Hustle and tireless work ethic, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. Self-starter, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and prioritize at the same time, with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in Customer Service and Sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth. Preferred Qualifications: Technical aptitude, with experience using customer service software and technology. Resourceful and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills. Collaborative and team-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think on your feet, with a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
