Job Overview and Key Responsibilities In this entry-level position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them, assisting with their travel needs, and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to boarding. Your responsibilities will include: Owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and verifying customers have the necessary travel documentation Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some luggage weighing up to 70 pounds Operating loading bridges and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of passengers and cargo Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors, as well as escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Scheduling and Work Environment Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You can expect to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority and the station's flight schedule.
