As a key member of our Retail Media Network, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through data-driven strategies and client partnerships. About the Role As a Manager of Customer Insights at arenaflex, you will engage directly with our clients to review the performance of their media investments, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and develop test and learn plans to elevate their understanding of our customer base. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to formulate media strategies aimed at growing our clients' business, while also serving as a subject matter expert for media performance reporting and insights. Key Responsibilities Creates annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported by our Retail Media Network Leads Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients to ensure their media investments are meeting their goals and objectives Synthesizes disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments to grow business at arenaflex Delivers data-driven insights and recommendations to internal leadership and external vendor-partners to inform media strategies and optimize performance Oversees the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights Tells compelling data stories to support key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies Oversees omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregates all sources of insights to support client-facing teams, including sales and account management Partners with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback and industry trends Integrates knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to our Retail Media Network and the whole of the arenaflex retail media business Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that enable you to drive business growth through data-driven strategies and client partnerships. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in insights and analytics 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics, with a strong understanding of media performance metrics and analytics tools Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with A/B testing and experimental design, with a strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in a related field, such as Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, or MBA, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices Leading teams and proven business impact, with experience managing global teams and driving business growth through data-driven strategies Experience working in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of retail media and customer behavior Working with analytic/research software, such as SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar tools, with a strong understanding of data analysis and statistical methodologies Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
