Job Overview We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a first point of contact, you will be responsible for resolving questions and complaints concerning our clients' accounts. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from customers/clients with questions concerning and/or related to their account, with an average of 40 to 50 calls expected daily. Respond to all customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and resources available through people, customer records, and knowledge management systems. Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and difficult situations in a professional and empathetic manner. Process required transactions via web-based applications. Submit research requests in a concise yet accurate manner. Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex and client programs, policies, and technology. Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported. Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals. Provide support to other positions/operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration. What You Get As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect a comprehensive compensation package, including: Full-time employment with a guaranteed 40 hours of work per week. An hourly rate of $14.00, starting on day one, with opportunities for shift differentials and incentives. A shift differential of $1.00 per hour and a weekend shift differential of $1.50 per hour. An incentive plan that provides the opportunity to earn up to an additional $350 per month, contingent upon meeting all metrics (call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence) after training. A 401K plan, to support your long-term financial goals. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: To be at least 18 years of age or older. A high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of six months of experience in a call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher role. Customer service experience, with a passion for helping people and guiding them to the best solution for their issue. Working knowledge of computer and Windows personal computer applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications. To be able to successfully pass a background check, credit check, and security clearance (fingerprints). To comply with camera requirements when attending meetings and training. Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection). Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: 1+ years of previous call center experience.
