Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated, dedicated, and self-driven individuals to join our team of Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a full-time, seasonal representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing customer accounts, and offering technical assistance. Your role will involve inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, application data entry, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities: Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and understanding Process application data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Respond to online chat inquiries, providing prompt and helpful support Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting performance goals Essential Qualifications: 18 years of age or older Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period Complete a background check and health screening Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite internet are not compatible) Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a self-motivated, success-driven approach Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer support or technical support role Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Previous experience in a Call Center environment Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Spanish Bilingual skills, a plus What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base pay of $14.50 per hour and an enhanced rate of $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance. Spanish Bilingual representatives are eligible for a base pay of $15.50 per hour and an enhanced rate of $17.00 per hour.
