Job Overview We are seeking reliable, dedicated, and self-driven individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. This is a full-time or seasonal role that offers the convenience of working from home, with opportunities for growth and development within the company. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service experience, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service and support. Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and assist with application data entry. Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, ensuring timely and effective communication. Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing responsibilities and multitasking as needed. Commit to extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams. Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring compliance and professionalism. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need: Essential Qualifications: To be at least 18 years of age or older. A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace. A personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period. To commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period. To complete a background check and health screening. Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible). Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology. A high level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort working from home. To be self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer support or technical support role. Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act. Previous experience in a Call Center environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Spanish Bilingual skills are a plus. Compensation Details We offer competitive compensation, with base pay rates as follows: $14.50 per hour (base pay). $16.00 per hour (enhanced rate, contingent on weekly attendance and performance). Spanish Bilingual base pay: $15.50 per hour. Spanish Bilingual enhanced rate: $17.00 per hour (contingent on weekly attendance and performance).
