Job Overview We are excited to announce opportunities for customer service professionals to join our growing team of Remote Customer Service Representatives. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from various locations. We are currently hiring for our shift from 11:00am to 7:30pm CST, seeking individuals who possess excellent organizational skills, are proficient in computer systems, and have the capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment, all while maintaining a positive and customer-centric attitude. Key Responsibilities Provides prompt, considerate, and professional service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Ensures that all customer requests and required data entry are accurate, completed on time, and meet the specified goals and performance levels. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborates with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, promoting a positive customer experience and enhancing customer loyalty. Utilizes computer systems and software applications to manage customer interactions, process transactions, and update records accurately. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a Call Center environment is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting performance goals. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently. Familiarity with animal health or veterinary services, although not required, is a plus. Basic knowledge of customer relations theory and practices, with skills in operating computers and proficiency in software applications.
