Tech-savvy with experience navigating various computer programs, including CRM software, chat tools, and other customer support platforms. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; no formal degree necessary. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Reliable internet access and a quiet, dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
