Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as remote data entry and product support specialists. Main Responsibilities As a remote data entry and product support specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and other relevant materials. Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided. Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more. Participating in private chat rooms or online discussions to provide feedback and insights on the products being tested. Writing reviews and providing feedback as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Ability to follow specific instructions and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a curious spirit. Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine. Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection. Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures. Honesty, reliability, and good communication skills are essential. Must be 18 years or older.
