Job Description We are a leader in the Repossession industry, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, driven Customer Service Processor to administer the acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders, process assignments, complete services, and release lender assets upon execution of service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing client/agent requests while managing a high call volume in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Your excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication skills will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: Administer the acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders and process assignments in a timely and efficient manner Process the completion of services and release of lender assets upon execution of service Manage a high call volume and respond to client/agent requests in a professional and courteous manner Work within multiple systems, utilizing client/lender databases to execute specific lender requirements Utilize multiple screens and navigate upwards of 15 different tabs to access relevant information Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and providing solutions Work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives Follow through and take ownership of work to completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position) Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and providing solutions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders Previous collection, repossession, or automotive industry experience is preferred Microsoft Office and Google Suite product experience Minimum 40 wpm typing speed Ability to handle multitasking on a computer with multiple screens Ability to work remotely without outside distractions Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience working in a remote environment Residence in the Central Time Zone (preferred due to working schedule) Experience working in a high-volume call center or customer service environment Knowledge of the repossession industry and relevant laws and regulations Skills and Competencies: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and providing solutions Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide solutions Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
