Position Overview In this full remote role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, supporting arenaflex's clients through document review and data entry. As a Transaction Data Entry Associate, you will provide document review and data entry support to arenaflex's clients, and your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support. Job Responsibilities Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Capturing and validating data that may be more complicated than standard requests Providing production services to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, document processing, scanning, or similar activities Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy form for processing Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information Following up with customers for additional information or documentation as needed Providing great customer service Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test The ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems Great attention to detail The ability to be organized and multi-task while adapting to changing priorities Essential Qualifications In addition to the requirements listed above, the ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a data entry or administration role Excellent communication and customer service skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with data entry software and systems Basic knowledge of database management and data analysis Certification in data entry or a related field Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have a range of skills and competencies, including: Attention to detail : The ability to accurately and efficiently enter data and maintain high levels of accuracy Organizational skills : The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Communication skills : The ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues Technical skills : The ability to learn and use new software and systems Problem-solving skills : The ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions Career Growth Opportunities arenaflex is committed to providing its employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
