Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to provide operational support and maintain data for basic to complex data transactions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and transacting data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality Provider data. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and transact data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products Work with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality Provider data Provide operational support and clean up and maintain data for basic to complex data transactions Collaborate with others to meet or exceed expectations Prioritize work and manage multiple databases Demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of one year's experience managing multiple databases. You should also have more than a decade of experience in provider data maintenance and more than a decade of experience in provider data service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, is essential, as is the ability to function in a production setting. You should also have a track record of success that prioritizes work and demonstrates successful collaboration with others to meet or exceed expectations. Knowledge of writing and speaking in a clear and concise manner is also required.
