You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering high-quality results, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. **Responsibilities** * Capture and validate complex data from incoming healthcare claim forms * Classify images and documents, and pre-adjudicate documents as required * Verify data from automated data extraction tools and complete assignments using multiple source documents * Work within established procedures and practices, and under close supervision * Meet deadlines and perform functions with high accuracy rates * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of claims **Requirements** * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * At least 18 years of age or older * Ability to type at least 30+ WPM with high accuracy * Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and internet research * Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred * High-speed internet connection with download speed of at least 25 Mbps, upload speed of at least 5 Mbps, and ping time of less than 175 ms * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in data entry or medical claims processing * Familiarity with healthcare industry and medical terminology * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Work Environment and Culture** As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace.
