Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system, identifying document types, reviewing and verifying entered data, and ensuring the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of the team, working collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals and driving process improvements through recommendations and innovative thinking. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, ensuring high levels of quality and efficiency. Identify document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements, maintaining attention to detail and a focus on excellence. Ensure the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, upholding the highest levels of data security and integrity. Interact professionally with other staff members as needed, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication. Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, driving innovation and continuous improvement. Work until all tasks are completed for the day, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results. Perform other basic office duties as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and requirements with flexibility and agility. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of skills, qualifications, and personal qualities. These include: Essential Qualifications Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, demonstrating a ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and move quickly, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stay focused and on-task, maintaining high levels of concentration and attention to detail. High attention to detail while being efficient, balancing quality and productivity in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Quick learner, ability to follow basic or difficult instructions when needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow. Required to maintain confidentiality of client data, upholding the highest levels of data security and integrity. Must be able to read and speak English, communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. WPM Typing Test: The requirements for this typing test are 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy, demonstrating strong typing skills and efficiency. KPH Typing Test: The requirements for this typing test are 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy, showcasing exceptional typing speed and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data entry or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of data management principles and practices. Familiarity with healthcare process automation and interoperability, possessing a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to analyze complex data sets and identify trends, patterns, and insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Ability to work in a remote environment, self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
