Job Overview We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system, reviewing and verifying the quality of entered data, and ensuring the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, with a high level of attention to detail and efficiency. Identify document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements, with a focus on accuracy and precision. Ensure the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, maintaining the highest level of data security and integrity. Professionally interact with other staff members as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to work. Work until all tasks are completed for the day, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Perform other basic office duties as assigned, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote setting. Must be able to read and speak English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy, with a high level of typing proficiency and accuracy. KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy, with a strong ability to process and enter data quickly and accurately. Permanent Authorization to work in the United States, with a valid work visa or citizenship. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management and processing principles. Knowledge of healthcare operations and processes, with a strong appreciation for the importance of accuracy and attention to detail in this field. Experience with QuickClaim or similar systems, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
