Cooperating with clients to determine their travel requirements, advising them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations, and ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages, highlighting the benefits and value of our services to potential clients. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary, and ensuring that all problems are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools, staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies, and maintaining a high level of knowledge about our offerings. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
