You will be responsible for creating, testing, and scaling effective marketing strategies for on-site search and other high-traffic channels, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and engineering. Key Responsibilities• Own and Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing-driven experimentation, testing, optimizing, scaling, and automating successful traffic-driving strategies for on-site search and high-traffic pages.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and tech teams to test and implement new features and analyses, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track KPIs and progress towards goals to measure the outcome of CX initiatives, campaigns, experimentation, and new drives, using data to inform marketing programs and strategies. • Project Management: Foster cycles to gather inputs from partner teams, communicate key information and deadlines, and effectively navigate and propose new ways to assist clients in finding products on bolthires.• Performance Reporting: Manage and report out on project status and results, ensuring transparency and accountability in marketing performance.
