Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for consistently delivering a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. As a knowledgeable and skilled team member, you will be well-versed in all areas of the Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. Your expertise will enable you to take orders, coordinate activities in the Store, provide pricing and product information, and recommend appropriate arenaflex products and services to meet the unique needs of each customer. Key Responsibilities Utilize consultative skills to understand each customer's individualized needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements Provide customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommend appropriate arenaflex products and services Ensure all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information, ensuring seamless and efficient service Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring high-quality output Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail Store, contributing to a positive and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will possess a high school diploma or equivalent education, combined with at least 6 months of specialized experience in a customer-facing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers, vendors, and other team members on a daily basis.
