You'll be the face of our brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network. * Develop strong relationships with customers by creating connections and asking the right questions to uncover their needs. * Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. * Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. * Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. * Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * One or more years of work experience. * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). * Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a commission-based environment. * Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. * Customer service experience. **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Proficiency in sales and customer service software. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your career.
