About the Role As a Retail Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, you will become a key contributor in making people’s lives simpler, faster, and safer. To be successful in this role, you will need: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment 6 months of customer service experience preferred Over 18 years of age Ability to type 25 wpm High school graduate or GED Comfort with desktop computer systems Proven oral and written communication skills Logical problem-solving skills Ability to navigate Windows operating systems Organization and work prioritization skills Work from Home Requirements To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) that meets the following requirements: Windows 10 or later Wired Ethernet LAN connection Internet connection (satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted) A minimum of 4GB RAM In addition, your internet connection must meet the following requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms Proof of internet speed required You will also need to provide a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
