About the Role We are seeking an experienced Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at our location in San Antonio, Texas. As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. You will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set us apart from the competition. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone Process sales, loans, and extensions Perform opening and closing store duties Work well independently and as a member of a team Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations Requirements To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality and a strong work ethic. Excelling at customer service and relationship building will take you far in your career with arenaflex.
