Key Responsibilities Perform duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, or setting patient insurance coverage, to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for healthcare services. Respond promptly and accurately to payer communications, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic skills and knowledge.
