Job Overview We are excited to announce opportunities for customer service professionals to join our growing team of Customer Service Representatives in a fully remote capacity. The selected candidate will be working on our shift from 11:00am to 7:30pm CST, ensuring our customers receive prompt and considerate service. Key Responsibilities Provides prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy. Ensures that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time, maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. Maintains performance levels to specified goals, continually striving for excellence in customer service delivery. Utilizes knowledge of customer relations theory and practices to resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively. Operates computer systems with proficiency, navigating through various software and platforms with ease. Demonstrates the ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily, ensuring that customer interactions are personalized and effective. Education and Experience To be successful in this role, you should have: A High School Diploma or GED, providing a foundation in basic skills and knowledge. At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a Call Center environment, preferably in a role that involved interacting with customers, resolving issues, and working towards achieving service goals.
