Job Overview The ROI Data Entry Administrator will play a critical role in processing risk adjustment requests for our clients, working remotely and utilizing our proprietary database to manage electronic medical records. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your technical skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate completion of client requests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for retrieving electronic documents, logging pertinent information, and transferring electronic document images into our database. Key Responsibilities Utilize electronic data systems to process information and ensure timely completion of client requests Communicate effectively with team members and client representatives to resolve issues and address concerns Make informed decisions about what specific record components to release or make available, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and privacy statutes Review and apply HIPAA guidelines to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements Determine records to be released by reviewing requestor information and obtaining pertinent patient data from various sources Complete release of information requests with complete accuracy and quality checks, including retrieving patient medical charts and electronically transmitting medical records to processing operations Work within the scope of the position and direction, willingly accepting assignments and taking on additional tasks as needed to support the team and ensure seamless operations Record hours accurately utilizing proper class codes and activity codes in our electronic time-keeping system Adhere to productivity standards for each client's work, meeting minimum requirements and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with college courses being beneficial but not required. You should have proficient computer skills, accurate data entry skills, and the ability to work effectively and independently in high-volume production environments. Experience retrieving information from computer databases is helpful, and you should be dependable, organized, and possess good communication skills and attention to detail.
