As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for information/text mining, analysis, and insights to enable informed business decisions. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25 and a standard 8-hour workday. Key Responsibilities Under moderate supervision, plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for information/text mining, analysis, and insights to enable informed business decisions. Gain insight into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from numerous dissimilar sources. With moderate guidance, create solutions from initial concept to production and communicate results to a broad range of audiences. Effectively utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the data available for analysis. Regularly utilize data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation. Guide less senior staff, work in cross-functional teams and projects, and regularly present to management. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or Finance. At least 3 years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis. Proficient in analysis software and applications. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience or coursework with SAFE Agile. Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; numerical analysis; discrete data analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Python/R, automation, revenue data, and basic accounting knowledge.
