Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planning Systems Analyst to join our team. This role will be part of our partner organization within the Financial Planning Systems space and will require a blended background of finance and IT experience. As a Senior Financial Planning Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and developing Financial Systems applications, acting as an internal consultant to various groups to identify automation opportunities and develop/provide suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities Support the Hyperion planning application, including maintenance and troubleshooting for forecast and actual financials Validate data from Hyperion Financial Management and from regulators Investigate and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions Maintain system upkeep, including client permissions and access control Support clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models Assist in the preparation of in-depth situations and analytical results analyses on various complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses Coordinate and complete the monthly headcount process regarding Hyperion Update Hyperion Planning with organizational changes; coordinate hierarchical system changes with Regulators and GL organization Communicate with work groups to determine reporting business requirements; propose and present efficient solutions Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as forecasting and planning models for Finance divisions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent experience/training At least 2 years of work experience in a Finance role, including experience with financial statements, as well as financial modeling and analysis A strong IT foundation, including experience with Oracle and multi-dimensional and relational database structures Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Business Intelligence, Essbase, Planning) Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need: The ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of analytical methodologies related to financial issues The ability to issue solve, module, and analyze data Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and the ability to prioritize tasks Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and more Strong communication skills Excellent collaboration skills with a proven ability to work effectively in diverse situations Career Growth and Learning Benefits Work Environment and Company Culture Compensation, Perks, and Benefits Competitive salary and bonus structure Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) program with employer matching contributions Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs Employee recognition and reward programs Access to exclusive employee discounts and perks Conclusion If you are a motivated and experienced financial planning systems professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at arenaflex.
