Job Overview We are looking for an exceptional individual to fill the role of Social Media Customer Support Specialist, who will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, social media management, and digital engagement. As a key member of our consumer marketing and media team, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing customer journeys, customer engagement, and retention for our streaming services. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention Provide exceptional customer support across various social media platforms, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing the customer experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives Proactively pitch product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and digital engagement, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our customer support and engagement strategies Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, social media management, or a related field Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement Proficiency in social media management tools and software, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer Preferred Qualifications Experience in the streaming services industry or a related field Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau Certification in social media marketing or a related field Experience working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Communication skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders Problem-solving skills : Ability to analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing the customer experience Collaboration skills : Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer engagement initiatives Adaptability skills : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines Technical skills : Proficiency in social media management tools and software, as well as data analysis and reporting tools Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
