About the Role As a Chat Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a highly skilled client success team, with the core aim of starting authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You will work with our teams to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include starting new conversations, follow-ups, organic account growth, replying to active leads, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms Follow up with leads to build relationships and close sales Grow organic accounts through engaging content and strategic outreach Reply to active leads and close sales through persuasive communication Manage daily communication tasks and collaborate with team members Requirements and Qualifications To be part of our team, you need to have an Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English, a stable internet connection, a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone, and full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends). You should be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil and have proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles. We are looking for individuals who are 100% confident in their English skills and have a high interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily.
