As a Technical Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our technology teams and managing local and remote resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of technical professionals across multiple locations, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer obsession. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, drive process improvements, and reduce requests through automation, documentation, and knowledge base development. Set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management, and guide the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success. Collaborate with global organizations to define and deliver the perfect customer experience, leveraging knowledge bases and best practices to expedite issue resolution. Identify opportunities for proactive reduction of requests, and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications 5 years of experience in developing and leading teams of technical professionals across multiple locations. 2 years of experience as an Information Technology Operations Manager or similar role. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 4 years of professional or military experience. Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration, with experience in managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing remote teams and resources, with a strong understanding of virtual collaboration tools and techniques. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and team members. Experience in IT service management, with knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
