Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Architects to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive growth Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and business leaders, to ensure alignment and effective communication Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in arenaflex's products and services Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical programs and projects 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL Excellent analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical individuals 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analysis Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders inside and outside of the organization to drive impact and work towards shared goals A strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including infrastructure, platform, and software-as-a-service (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) models Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js, and programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
