As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing empathetic support and exceptional customer service to patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include explaining medical bills, answering questions, and resolving account balances in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities: Utilize empathy, active listening, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to help patients and their families understand complex medical bills and resolve any issues they may have. Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with patients over the phone to develop affordable payment plans and process payments. Leverage your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document all calls and follow-ups in our software systems throughout each day. Support your fellow team members with consistent attendance, a strong work ethic, and a caring team focus.
